You can turn your adversity into your advantage, and not just to advance your own cause, but also to help others. What are you telling yourself about that situation? Be Positive no matter the odd against you.
Joseph was a person who was hated, rejected, sold out by his own kith and kin, because of his dream, but when he eventually reconnected with them, he did not seek for revenge or opt for retaliation; hear him out, “As for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring about that many people should be kept alive, as they are this day.” (Genesis 50:20 AMPC)
Apostle echoed the same sentiment later on in
“And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”
So, I ask again, what are you telling yourself about that your situation? Someone said, “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.
For me, I see God in everything, no matter how contrary. I always assume there is lesson to be learnt and I just add it to my library of life experience.
♦️Father, I thank you for my current situation, because I know it is not hidden from you, and I know your eyes search through the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to you. Please, extend mercy to me in anyway I have by myself, attracted this contrary situation, by my inadequacies and personal weaknesses, or by incomplete or partial commitment to you.
Today, I surrender all to you. Arise to fight for me, defend me where I cannot defend myself, and show yourself strong on my behalf. I declare, all things are working together for my good and to your glory in the mighty name of Jesus. (Amen)
